Bengaluru: Xiaomi India, a leading global technology brand, has appointed Sandeep Singh Arora as its Chief Business Officer. This strategic move marks another significant step in bolstering Xiaomi’s leadership team in India, reflecting the company’s commitment to innovation and market growth.
Sandeep has more than three decades of experience in managing and growing consumer brands. Prior to joining Xiaomi, he held senior leadership roles at Samsung India, where he headed the Online Business Unit and later led Marketing Communications for the Consumer Electronics division. He has also served as Vice President of Marketing at Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times of India Group), Category Director and EVP of Marketing at PepsiCo India, and held roles at Unilever.
In his new role, Sandeep will spearhead business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships, and expand Xiaomi’s market presence. With his vast expertise in product marketing, category management, retail operations, and brand strategy, he is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping Xiaomi’s transformative plans for the year.

A graduate of IIM Ahmedabad with a PGDM in Business Management and Marketing, Sandeep’s diverse experience positions him to lead Xiaomi India’s strategic growth and foster innovation in the competitive technology market.
