Bengaluru: Standard Chartered has elevated Nitasha Narula to the role of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) – Strategy & Talent and Legal & Corporate Secretariat. In this role, she will drive strategic initiatives to enhance the bank’s information and cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering operational excellence.
Nitasha has been with Standard Chartered for over six years, previously serving as Information Security Risk Manager. She played a pivotal role in safeguarding critical information assets, mitigating third-party risks, and strengthening data leakage protection.
Before Standard Chartered, Nitasha was a Transformation Consultant at DXC Technology, leading finance automation and ERP implementation projects. She began her career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, progressing through key leadership roles, including P2P Process Lead and Accounts Payable Team Lead.
Nitasha holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Christ University, Bengaluru, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
