Singh Sahni CFO Bajaj Finserv

New Delhi: Bajaj Finserv has appointed Ramandeep Singh Sahni as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel. He replaces S Sreenivasan, who will now serve as President (Insurance and Special Projects).

Background in BFSI and Insurance

Sahni has been associated with the Bajaj Finserv Group for several years, holding CFO positions at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. His experience spans financial strategy, risk management, and operations across both life and general insurance businesses.

Before joining Bajaj Finserv, he worked with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in finance and internal audit. His early career also includes a stint at a Big 4 firm, where he gained experience in financial governance and compliance.

Expertise in Financial Oversight

As a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Sahni brings expertise in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and financial strategy. His appointment comes at a time when Bajaj Finserv is expanding its presence in the financial sector, particularly in insurance and digital financial services.

With his background in managing independent business environments and financial operations, Sahni is expected to play a key role in shaping Bajaj Finserv’s financial strategies in a rapidly evolving market. His role will involve overseeing financial planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management to support Bajaj Finserv’s long-term growth. As the financial sector faces evolving regulatory challenges and digital transformation, Sahni’s leadership will be crucial in aligning the company’s financial strategies with market demands while ensuring operational efficiency and financial stability.
