Tech Mahindra and ServiceNow Team Up to Deliver Gen-AI Driven Enterprise Solutions

Pune: Tech Mahindra has announced integration with ServiceNow to provide enterprises with a Gen-AI-Powered service management solution through One E2E Platform. The platform developed by Tech Mahindra will allow businesses to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness by integrating GenAI capabilities into their critical business processes and modernizing infrastructure to be future-ready.

Under the collaboration, Tech Mahindra’s global domain expertise will be combined with ServiceNow’s platform offerings to:

  • Focus on joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies and accelerate digital transformation for global enterprises.

  • Use One E2E Platform to facilitate operational efficiencies of enterprises by integrating advanced analytics, GenAI, and automation capabilities.

  • Strengthen enterprises’ existing capabilities and build customized solutions across communications, manufacturing, BFSI, and healthcare industry verticals.

In addition to this, Tech Mahindra aims to double its ServiceNow certifications within a year through the ServiceNow Enterprise Learning Agreement. This learning initiative will provide its workforce with free certification, helping them be future-ready.

Atul Soneja, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Tech Mahindra, talking about the significance of this partnership, stated, that businesses grapple with multiple challenges in their digital transformation journey, such as technological advancements and cost reduction while improving service quality. By integrating GenAI with Tech Mahindra’s industry expertise, the aim is to tackle these issues and enhance customer experiences through the One E2E Platform.

Erica Volini, Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Partnerships and Channels at ServiceNow, also added that the collaboration is critical in bringing the power of AI to organizations across India.
