Mumbai: Pepperfry has appointed Shubbam Sharrma as its new Chief Growth Officer. With over 17 years in retail and e-commerce, Sharrma brings experience from leadership roles across the sector, including his recent position as Chief Business Officer at ImpactGuru. At Pepperfry, he’s set to lead the company’s growth efforts, with a strong focus on expanding both B2B offerings and home décor categories.
In his new role, Sharrma will work on boosting customer acquisition and market share while improving operational efficiency. He’s also looking to expand into the B2B sector, specifically through partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients. His plans include launching new product lines and integrating technology to create a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Before joining Pepperfry, Sharrma held senior roles at CarDekho and consulted for firms like KSA Technopak and RedSeer. An IIM Lucknow MBA graduate, Sharrma brings a strategic vision aimed at strengthening Pepperfry’s position in the competitive furniture market.
